Nuvoton (新唐) 推出W90N745解決IP CAM主要核心方案:

凱悌集團針對家庭安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),與3th party合作共同推出低價位IP CAMERA Solution,提供了客戶完整的IP CAM解決方案,并可由3th Party提供客戶成品或半成品,及提供完整BOM表給予客戶自行生產(chǎn),將可縮短開發(fā)時間,以爭取市場競爭優(yōu)勢,其IP CAM規(guī)格和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)圖如下:

IP CAM主要核心使用新唐(Nuvoton) W90N745通用型單芯片,內(nèi)建ARM的32位ARM7TDMI核心及一個以太網(wǎng)絡MAC。這些組件采用0.18微米制程,標準操作頻率可達80MHz,并采用128接腳LQPF封裝,具有省電與低成本的優(yōu)勢。

 

此外,W90N745整合USB 2.0主控制器,讓各種應用可以透過USB接口鏈接各種計算機外設產(chǎn)品,增加了產(chǎn)品附加價值。而內(nèi)建的4KB I-Cache及4KB D-Cache也能隨產(chǎn)品開發(fā)人員的需求設定為芯片上RAM。兩款組件均整合外部總線(EBI)接口,可透過EBI接取ROM、Flash、SDRAM、PCMCIA卡等各種I/O。

除USB與EBI外,W90N745留有四組UART接口,可讓客戶連接更多設備,如條形碼掃瞄器、VFD模塊、調(diào)試端口及藍芽(Bluetooth)模塊等。通用型ARM7產(chǎn)品W90N745則適合網(wǎng)絡相關應用如IP Camera、VoIP及打印機服務器等。

 

聲音處理部份, 使用新唐科技(Nuvoton)提供立體聲音訊編譯碼器方案,包括可攜式應用的立體聲音訊編譯碼器。新唐emPowerAudio系列新產(chǎn)品WAU8822提供在供電環(huán)境下優(yōu)異的音頻質(zhì)量、訊號噪聲比(SNR)達94dB的立體聲數(shù)字模擬轉(zhuǎn)換器,以及訊號噪聲比(SNR)達93dB的立體聲模擬數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)換器。該編譯碼器提供簡化的麥克風管理線路,900毫瓦(900mW)的喇叭功率放大,兼具彈性的音頻路徑切換以及增益的設定,待機的電流消耗只需6微安培(6μA)。

SiTime針對監(jiān)控(IPCAM、DVR、CCTV)市場高清晰設備的普及推出了性價比優(yōu)異,編碼為SiT1604的新一代MEMS低功耗,標準頻率振蕩器。

近些年來,SiTime的MEMS振蕩器以其規(guī)格完整,供貨期短而穩(wěn)定和可靠性高的特性受到監(jiān)控廠商的廣泛采用。而新一代的SiT1604不但保持了上代產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢,在頻率穩(wěn)定度,封裝小型化和一料通用的方面更有近一步的突破。

 

一、SiT1604主要規(guī)格包括:

1、36個監(jiān)控設備常用頻率,從3.57MHz到80MHz (如需其他頻,可選用SiT1602,SiT8008或SiT8009)

2、工規(guī)(-40°C 到85°C)或超商規(guī)(-20°C 到70°C)工作溫度

3、全溫±20PPM,±30PPM或±50PPM頻率穩(wěn)定度選擇

DDR SDRAM or double-data-rate synchronous dynamic random access memory is a type of memory used in computers and consumer electronics. It achieves greater bandwidth than the preceding single-data-rate SDRAM by transferring data on both the rising and falling edges of the clock signal.

Winbond's W25X and W25Q SpiFlashR Multi-I/O Memories feature the popular Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), densities from 512K-bit to 512M-bit, small erasable sectors and the industry's highest performance. The W25X family supports Dual-SPI effectively doubling standard SPI clock rates. The W25Q family is a "superset" of the 25X family with Dual-I/O and Quad-I/O SPI for even higher performance. Clock rates up to 104MHz achieve an equivalent of 416MHz (50M-Byte/S transfer rate) when using Quad-SPI. This is more than eight times the performance of ordinary Serial Flash (50MHz) and even surpasses asynchronous Parallel Flash memories while using fewer pins and less space.
