基于一種集控站監(jiān)控信息預(yù)測(cè)和優(yōu)化模型研究與分析

摘要: 集控站作為電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的重要部分,連接著調(diào)度系統(tǒng)和變電站,其監(jiān)控信息準(zhǔn)確性和效能性的發(fā)揮尤為關(guān)鍵。為了更進(jìn)一步提升集控站監(jiān)控信息的審核效率,采用“專家?guī)?改進(jìn)蟻群算法”的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)集控站監(jiān)控信息表內(nèi)容的預(yù)測(cè)和優(yōu)化。通過(guò)構(gòu)建集控站監(jiān)控信息預(yù)測(cè)和優(yōu)化模型,一方面面向信息行業(yè)屬性,采用MapReduce分析機(jī)制,構(gòu)建專家?guī)欤瑢?shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控信息預(yù)測(cè)功能;另一方面依托蟻群算法建模,構(gòu)建改進(jìn)型信息全局優(yōu)化模型。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,該模型不僅提升了冗繁的監(jiān)控信息分析預(yù)測(cè)能力,而且增強(qiáng)了電網(wǎng)集控場(chǎng)景下的監(jiān)控信息優(yōu)化效能。

Research and analysis on a model for predicting and optimizing monitoring information of centralized control stations

Abstract: As an important part of the power grid operation, the centralized control station connects the dispatch system and the substation, and the accuracy and effectiveness of its monitoring information is particularly crucial. In order to further improve the audit efficiency of monitoring information in the centralized control station, this article adopts the method of “expert database + improved ant colony algorithm” to achieve prediction and optimization of the content of the monitoring information table in the centralized control station. By constructing the monitoring information prediction and optimization model of centralized control station, on one hand, facing the attributes of information industry, MapReduce analysis mechanism is used to build expert database to realize the monitoring information prediction function; on the other hand, an improved global optimization model of information is constructed based on ant colony algorithm modeling. Through the experimental analysis, the model not only improves the analysis and prediction ability of tedious monitoring information, but also enhances the optimization efficiency of monitoring information in the centralized control scenario of power grid.

引言

隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模不斷縱向深化和橫向拓展,集控站模式下的監(jiān)控信息規(guī)范性整合、合理性設(shè)計(jì)、智能性解析、高效性應(yīng)用的研究訴求越來(lái)越急迫[1]。

在應(yīng)對(duì)海量監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)的過(guò)程中,如何以一種便捷智能高效的方式獲取到實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確、核心重要的信息價(jià)值,是當(dāng)今交叉學(xué)科下共同面對(duì)的研究課題。

集控站作為電網(wǎng)大系統(tǒng)一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),主要實(shí)現(xiàn)集控模式下的設(shè)備管理、調(diào)度運(yùn)維、運(yùn)行監(jiān)視、數(shù)據(jù)處理等工作。隨著電力行業(yè)不斷發(fā)展及相關(guān)技術(shù)迭代更新,設(shè)備體系精細(xì)化管理、信息精準(zhǔn)度等要求日益增高。但是,集控站模式下的監(jiān)控信息表管理工作面臨著設(shè)備種類和數(shù)量眾多、業(yè)務(wù)人員綜合專業(yè)水平受限、監(jiān)控業(yè)務(wù)繁雜、采集和及時(shí)處置海量信息點(diǎn)等復(fù)合性問(wèn)題,這需要國(guó)家及電力行業(yè)政策關(guān)注和面向電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控業(yè)務(wù)需求下的技術(shù)手段優(yōu)化。

集控模式下的監(jiān)控信息本質(zhì)上是數(shù)據(jù)。國(guó)家“十四五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃中明確指出和闡述了“加快推動(dòng)數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)化”和“推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型”的建設(shè)內(nèi)容和相互支撐關(guān)系。對(duì)于如何將集控模式下的監(jiān)控信息數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和推動(dòng)其數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型,對(duì)應(yīng)的電力行業(yè)“十四五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃中的“推動(dòng)電力靈活智慧發(fā)展”一節(jié)給出了合理性描述。

為了深化治理集控模式下的監(jiān)控信息表,不斷優(yōu)化技術(shù)手段勢(shì)在必行。鑒于監(jiān)控信息表中的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源關(guān)聯(lián)方涵蓋設(shè)備各廠家、電力設(shè)計(jì)院、調(diào)控中心等,處理和管理監(jiān)控信息數(shù)據(jù)的方式可采用分布式計(jì)算存儲(chǔ)的技術(shù)理念,對(duì)海量數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)展預(yù)處理工作,提高數(shù)據(jù)自身質(zhì)量屬性;同時(shí)為了更貼合電網(wǎng)集控模式實(shí)際工作,采用數(shù)據(jù)賦能的方式,借助人工智能的手段,提升監(jiān)控信息優(yōu)化效能[2-3]。
