摘要: 隨著大數(shù)據(jù)的不斷發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)的收集和共享得到重視,產(chǎn)生了大量數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺。然而大部分平臺將重點放在數(shù)據(jù)安全與用戶隱私的考量上,從而忽視了用戶交換意愿方面的問題——實際應(yīng)用中用戶往往因為缺乏足夠的動機而少有交換意愿。針對該問題,構(gòu)建了一種基于區(qū)塊鏈的數(shù)據(jù)交換激勵框架,提出了一種基于歷史貢獻和當前貢獻的數(shù)據(jù)交換激勵機制,一方面從歷史維度考量用戶的過往表現(xiàn),另一方面從當前維度考量用戶的實時貢獻。對所提出的方法進行了理論分析和實驗評估,結(jié)果表明該激勵機制能夠有效起到長期激勵用戶進行積極正向數(shù)據(jù)交換的作用。

Abstract: With the sustained development of big data,data collection and sharing are highly valued,resulting in a large number of data exchange platforms. However,most platforms focus on data security and user privacy,but neglecting the issue of users′ willingness for exchange. In practical applications,users often have little willingness to exchange due to a lack of sufficient motivation. In response to this issue,this article constructed a blockchain based data exchange incentive framework and proposed a data exchange incentive mechanism based on historical contribution and current contribution. On the one hand,it considers users′ past performance from the historical dimension. On the other hand,it considers users′ realtime contributions from the current dimension. The article conducted theoretical analysis and experimental evaluation for the proposed method,and the results show that the incentive mechanism can effectively motivate users to engage in positive data exchange in the long term.

引言

隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)成為各類企業(yè)、組織、機構(gòu)等的關(guān)注焦點。數(shù)據(jù)的收集與分析,有助于有關(guān)部門更好地實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的決策和業(yè)務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新。同時,數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型也在不斷融合各種新興技術(shù),如區(qū)塊鏈、人工智能、虛擬現(xiàn)實等。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)要素的特殊屬性,要求加強數(shù)據(jù)資源的開放共享,數(shù)據(jù)越多價值越大,越分享價值越大,越跨行業(yè)、跨區(qū)域價值越大[1]。不同部門之間通過信息的交換與合作,能夠更順利實現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置和效率提升。然而數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型為社會和經(jīng)濟帶來的廣泛影響,也包括新的數(shù)據(jù)安全挑戰(zhàn),有關(guān)部門將面臨各種風險與責任,因此,有必要建立健全完整的數(shù)據(jù)交換體系,促進數(shù)據(jù)的流通,推動數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的健康發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文簡要介紹了數(shù)據(jù)交換相關(guān)背景知識以及研究意義,闡述了現(xiàn)有激勵機制的研究現(xiàn)狀及存在問題;提出并搭建了數(shù)據(jù)交換激勵機制框架,并詳細說明了該激勵機制的計算方法,這是一種綜合歷史貢獻當前貢獻兩個維度計算制定激勵的計算方法;最后分析了本方案對比其他方案的優(yōu)勢,并通過實驗證明本方案的優(yōu)越性。
