采集設(shè)備接入的框架設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 隨著嵌入式技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的快速進(jìn)步,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)近些年來(lái)也有很大的發(fā)展,大量不同類型的終端設(shè)備都需要接入到網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。但整個(gè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)從物理層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)層再到應(yīng)用層,每層之間采用不同的通信協(xié)議,這大大增加了集成系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的困難。提出一種支持自定義協(xié)議、多種終端設(shè)備的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入框架的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并據(jù)此研制軟件系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)自定義協(xié)議接入不同的設(shè)備,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展性和互操作性,并可以靈活處理設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)與事件。

The design and implementation of a framework based on collection device access

Abstract: With the rapid development of embedded technology and network communication technology, IoT has also developed greatly in recent years, and a large number of different types of end devices need to be connected to the network. However, the whole IoT structure from physical layer to network layer to application layer has different communication protocols between each layer, which greatly increases the difficulty of implementing an integrated system. This paper proposes a design scheme to support custom protocols and multiple end devices for IoT access, and develop a software system accordingly. Accessing different devices through custom protocols enhances the scalability and interoperability of the system, and allows flexible handling of device data and events.

0 引言

目前物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合已進(jìn)入嶄新階段,工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)成為工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?,工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)表現(xiàn)出六大典型特征:智能感知、泛在聯(lián)通、精準(zhǔn)控制、數(shù)字建模、實(shí)時(shí)分析和迭代優(yōu)化[1-3]。世界各國(guó)紛紛發(fā)布相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,搶占發(fā)展先機(jī),加快發(fā)展建設(shè)工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)也是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)從制造大國(guó)向制造強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變的重要舉措[4]。

工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系架構(gòu)通常分為四部分:終端設(shè)備、連接、服務(wù)和應(yīng)用。終端設(shè)備指現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的傳感器、執(zhí)行器、網(wǎng)關(guān)、連接有端到端連接、端到云連接等,服務(wù)包括數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、分析集成等,應(yīng)用指第三方接入[5]。工業(yè)架構(gòu)圖如圖1所示,在傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)中,工業(yè)信息化建設(shè)程度低,各信息系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立封閉沒(méi)有互聯(lián)互通,大規(guī)模采集數(shù)據(jù)困難,大量數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)法存儲(chǔ)并進(jìn)行分析應(yīng)用[6]。本文針對(duì)目前工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)所面臨的設(shè)備接入問(wèn)題,提出解決方案。
