同頻抗互擾低成本安檢機雙光障設(shè)計

摘要: 光障是X光安檢設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵部件,用量大且價格高。為了降低成本及增加性能,減少對外購成品的依賴,提出了一種光障設(shè)計方案。針對安檢機的特定應(yīng)用需求,采用單一時鐘源和固定相位差的發(fā)射和接收方式,選用低成本元件,實現(xiàn)了安檢機內(nèi)多光障的抗互擾可靠工作;設(shè)計了自動增益功能及自檢功能,通過優(yōu)化的互連接口,簡化了系統(tǒng)接線,進一步完善了整機性能。批量應(yīng)用后,其價格僅為原系統(tǒng)的十分之一,有效降低了安檢機的生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract: Light barriers are the key parts of X-ray security inspection equipment, which are used in large amount and cost a lot. In order to reduce the cost, increase the performance and reduce the dependence on the purchased products, a light barrier design scheme is proposed in this paper. According to the specific application requirements of the security inspection machine, a single clock source and a fixed phase difference transmitting and receiving mode are adopted, and low-cost components are selected to realize the reliable anti-interference of multiple light barriers in the security inspection machine; the automatic gain control function and self-test function are designed, and the system wiring is simplified through the optimized interconnection interface, so the performance of the whole machine is further improved. After batch application, the price is only one tenth of the original system, which effectively reduces the production cost of the security inspection machine.

0 引言

    為了感知傳送帶上經(jīng)過的行包,進而對行包進行計數(shù)和X光檢測,目前的安檢機行包入口處均安裝有光障,即光電開關(guān)傳感器[1]。入口光障的數(shù)量至少為兩個,以可靠探測多種外形的行包。目前國內(nèi)安檢機所使用的光障均為外購的成品,價格較高。為進一步普及安檢機的應(yīng)用,必須降低生產(chǎn)成本,改善安檢機的性價比。因此,迫切需要一種低成本、抗干擾的光障設(shè)計方案。
