面向VR探視業(yè)務(wù)的5G SA醫(yī)療專網(wǎng)方案研究

摘要: 5G技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)有助于醫(yī)療行業(yè)在遠(yuǎn)程應(yīng)用中加速發(fā)展,遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診、遠(yuǎn)程診斷、遠(yuǎn)程急救、遠(yuǎn)程手術(shù)等業(yè)務(wù)也隨之逐漸趨于成熟。視頻業(yè)務(wù)作為5G三大應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的主要業(yè)務(wù)之一,通過(guò)高分辨率、高幀率視頻的快速傳輸,為開(kāi)發(fā)醫(yī)療技術(shù)、優(yōu)化診斷結(jié)果、提高醫(yī)療效率提供了基礎(chǔ)。其中,虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(VR)是5G視頻業(yè)務(wù)的重要領(lǐng)域,可有效地與醫(yī)療結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)院內(nèi)院外VR直播和VR探視等功能。但是VR對(duì)承載網(wǎng)要求較高,傳統(tǒng)4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)架帶寬和時(shí)延均無(wú)法達(dá)到醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域中VR數(shù)據(jù)傳輸要求。以VR探視為例,提出基于5G SA智慧醫(yī)療專網(wǎng)的承載網(wǎng)方案,運(yùn)用Flex-E彈性切片技術(shù)將醫(yī)療資源與公共資源隔離,確保VR數(shù)據(jù)的高效傳輸,同時(shí)加入邊緣計(jì)算和基于云的VR技術(shù)增強(qiáng)VR場(chǎng)景的切片方案,為VR應(yīng)用在醫(yī)療業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸中提供快速穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案。

Abstract: The advance of 5G technology can help to accelerate the development of remote applications in medical industry. Some telemedicine technologies are gradually improved, such as teleconsultation, remote diagnosis, remote ambulance, remote surgery and so on. As one of the main scenarios of 5G applications, 5G video services are required to achieve rapid transmission of high-resolution and high-frame-rate videos, as a result to optimize diagnostic results and improve medical efficiency. Virtual reality(VR) is a significant part of 5G video services, which is able to work with medical treatment to achieve functions like VR live broadcast in hospital, VR visit and so on. However, VR requires high capability of network, and the bandwidth and delay achieved by traditional 4G network cannot meet its requirements in medical application. This paper takes examples of VR visit and proposes a network solution to 5G medical applications based on SA smart medical private networks. Through Flex-E network slicing, edge computing and cloud application of VR, the medical resources are isolated from public resources to ensure the efficiency of VR data transmission, and a slicing scheme specific for VR scenarios is developed, which provides a fast and stable network solution for data transmission of VR applications in medical industry.

0 引言

    智慧醫(yī)療作為5G技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要應(yīng)用之一,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的能力有精準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格的要求。首先,超低延遲是智慧醫(yī)療網(wǎng)絡(luò)所需的基本特性之一,可靠的超低延遲網(wǎng)絡(luò)在優(yōu)化處理大量的數(shù)據(jù)包時(shí),僅有毫秒級(jí)的延遲[1]。5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以將端到端的時(shí)延縮小到1 ms,為時(shí)延更加嚴(yán)格和精準(zhǔn)的新型遠(yuǎn)程手術(shù)以及實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)等提供了基礎(chǔ)。其次,高帶寬意味著大量的數(shù)據(jù)可在給定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成高質(zhì)量的傳輸,一些超高清實(shí)時(shí)的圖片傳輸是帶寬有限的傳統(tǒng)3G、4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)的,需要5G承載網(wǎng)提供方案[2]。

    5G醫(yī)療應(yīng)用分為4個(gè)主要方向,包括醫(yī)院管理、采集檢測(cè)、遠(yuǎn)程操控和診斷指導(dǎo),并可進(jìn)一步細(xì)分為遠(yuǎn)程急救、遠(yuǎn)程手術(shù)、遠(yuǎn)程示范教學(xué)、無(wú)線護(hù)理、引導(dǎo)機(jī)器人等近20個(gè)場(chǎng)景[3]。其中,大部分應(yīng)用都對(duì)圖像傳輸要求嚴(yán)格,任何低質(zhì)量的視頻和圖片都有可能導(dǎo)致醫(yī)生模糊分辨而做出對(duì)病人不可逆的錯(cuò)誤決定。例如,AI和觸覺(jué)反饋的遠(yuǎn)程超聲需要30 Mb/s傳輸速率和不大于10 ms的時(shí)延,遠(yuǎn)程就診的實(shí)時(shí)視頻傳輸需要1080P清晰度、30 FPS的幀率和10 ms以內(nèi)的傳輸時(shí)延。除了現(xiàn)有4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身的傳輸限制,當(dāng)今很少有醫(yī)院擁有獨(dú)立的專網(wǎng),絕大部分醫(yī)院進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診所使用的公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)也會(huì)造成低質(zhì)量的視頻傳輸,從而增加了醫(yī)生誤診的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。除此之外,如在遠(yuǎn)程手術(shù)中,為了保證傳輸過(guò)程中醫(yī)生的手部動(dòng)作和力量反饋精準(zhǔn)同步,承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)需要全范圍的網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋、不中斷的通信穩(wěn)定性和超低時(shí)延的通信質(zhì)量,現(xiàn)有醫(yī)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)難以保障。

    本文針對(duì)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(VR)應(yīng)用,提出了基于5G的網(wǎng)絡(luò)解決方案。VR在廣義上包含增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)(AR)和混合現(xiàn)實(shí)(MR),屬于5G視頻類業(yè)務(wù)。VR作為5G視頻技術(shù)的一大領(lǐng)域,可有效地與醫(yī)療結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)VR直播、VR探視等功能,但VR應(yīng)用需要高質(zhì)量的視頻傳輸來(lái)保證VR終端畫(huà)面呈現(xiàn)的精準(zhǔn)度和用戶觀感及體驗(yàn)效果。本文介紹了醫(yī)療場(chǎng)景中VR應(yīng)用的技術(shù)要求,提出了基于5G SA智慧醫(yī)療專網(wǎng)的VR切片方案,運(yùn)用Flex-E切片技術(shù)和MEC邊緣計(jì)算來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)VR視訊流量與其他業(yè)務(wù)的傳輸隔離以及VR計(jì)算任務(wù)到云端的轉(zhuǎn)移,由此確保高帶寬、低時(shí)延的傳輸質(zhì)量和清晰精準(zhǔn)的VR渲染。
